Waypoint Ordnance: Spikers and Pistols
The newest Waypoint Ordnance piece looks at the visceral Brute Spike Rifle, or "Spiker". Really neat shots; I always found this weapon very interesting (and it had a great sound!). Also, if you missed it, last week they featured the quintessential Halo weapon, the Pistol, with some great renders, as well as some info on its many forms found throughout the Halo Universe. Deliver Accolades
Both 1up.com and Kotaku had the Halo: Reach trailer "Deliver Hope" in their Top 10 Game Trailers for 2010 list. Giant Bomb Plays Reach
Giant Bomb's been recapping their Game of the Year pics for 2010 - and Reach took up a significant portion of the 27 minute Day 2 episode. The game snagged Best Co-op - but most of the episode is devoted to 'Best Xbox 360 Only Game' - they did a playthrough (with commentary) of some campaign levels, and the discussion is pretty funny.
