GGM Auction - Now with more Rahll
Latest addition to the Good Game Media Fall Charity Auction - a super-cool Halo Poster by Reid Southen, signed by lots of Bungie members. (Reid might be better known around these parts as Rahll.) Gorgeous pic - current bid has this at $56 (with 6 days left). Add it to your Watch list! (Louis Wu 18:07:52 UTC) (permalink)
Community Outreach: Stephen Loftus
A new Community Outreach feature is live on Halo Waypoint right now - Stephen Loftus plays Firefight, talks about Reach's story, waxes poetic about Halo scenery, and mistakes Vociferous for a grunt. A fun watch! (Louis Wu 15:28:33 UTC) (permalink)

Analysing... When the alphabet soup gets too thick, you provide chinks that One One Se7en can squeeze jokes through. Be careful. (Louis Wu 14:21:04 UTC) (permalink)
Vanity: a Reach Player Image Generator Veegie's back - and he comes bearing gifts. He and a friend have created a Windows-based app that will let you put together your favorite Reach armor combination... offline. I haven't seen it in use (won't run under Wine on MacOSX, because it needs a Windows-specific version of a .NET framework), but the screenshots look great, and the description of the work that went into this is really promising. Go check it out! Update: Veegie's host didn't take kindly to the download fervor - so a mirror is now hosted here. (Louis Wu 14:14:09 UTC) (permalink)
Noble Map Pack Codes - from FyreWulff FyreWulff is getting into the "Give Stuff Away" game - he's got at least two separate Noble Map Pack codes for your playing pleasure, in two separate drawings. The first is actually a fundraiser - every $5 gets you a raffle entry. (You can donate less, and still get a raffle entry - but you get EXTRA entries if you donate more.) The second is a straight-up giveaway - guess the 10,000th Halo 3 map FyreWulff plays on in Matchmaking, and you could win. Read his post for full details, including how to play - and get your hands on some free stuff! (Louis Wu 13:56:47 UTC) (permalink)

MLG Championships - FB Takes It All Congrats to Final Boss, who beat Status Quo in the MLG Halo 3 National Championships, becoming the only team to three-peat Halo 3 - and congrats to Ogre 2, who becomes the only player to win the final Halo, Halo 2, and Halo 3 events! Full coverage (and replays of the matches) can be found at MLGPro.com. (Louis Wu 13:32:19 UTC) (permalink)

More eBay'd Halo History
Suircata put up a few more old and rare Halo goodies on eBay - I'm pretty sure the first edition of Halo is overpriced, but the starting bid is what he's ALREADY BEEN OFFERED, so who am I to judge? swing by for stickers, a standee, and a factory-sealed copy of Halo. (Louis Wu 13:31:44 UTC) (permalink)
The MJOLNIR Project 1
GrimBrother One noticed a new 'Behind the Scenes' piece on Halo Waypoint - a history of the MJOLNIR project. Catch up! (Louis Wu 13:28:20 UTC) (permalink)
