Ashes of Betrayal
Nabsuh told us about Ashes of Betrayal, a Halo 3/CGI hybrid machinima telling the story of Major Daniel Graystone, and his betrayal of the UNSC effort. Nice work! (Louis Wu 16:55:00 UTC) (permalink)
Wasted Footage
Tommy92l had some cool clips - Halo footage, with sweet after effects - but the full render was presenting problems. The solution? Release the clips. Check 'em! (Louis Wu 13:57:13 UTC) (permalink)
Top Ten Halo 3 Screenshots: March Faves
The Top Ten Halo 3 Screenshots collection this week is actually visible on Halo Waypoint, on Xbox LIVE. Great shots, collected from the March releases - jump on and see 'em! (Louis Wu 13:56:42 UTC) (permalink)
Expanding the Halo Brand
BuzzJuice pointed out the full interview that IGN did with Frank O'Connor (we mentioned the teaser quote Thursday) - if you're wondering where Frank sees the Halo franchise going, this is worth a read. (Louis Wu 13:56:10 UTC) (permalink)
Tinkling Glass - It's Music, of a Sort
As expected, the Bungie Weekly Update went live last night. (Even though we didn't front-page it then, you could find it in our Weekly Update Archive within an hour or two.) As has been true for a few weeks, this update is chock-full of multiplayer goodness - the focus is on maps, and you get an eyeful (and some really nice details in text form, too). Go read. (There are also a couple of tidbits about the end of Halo 2's days, coming up next week; read carefully.) (Louis Wu 13:33:56 UTC) (permalink)
