IGN Strategize: Vidmaster Challenge in ODST
Morpheus noticed that there's a new 'Strategize' feature on Xbox LIVE Marketplace - it's an IGN feature that has suggestions for beating the Vidmaster: Endure achievement. (Morpheus doesn't think their strategy is a very good one - but you can watch it for yourself to decide.) Spartan 1:2 Scale Bust from One2One
Matt MacNabb, from The Legion Fan Network, let us know about a new article on ToyLegion.com showing off the latest bust from One2One Collectibles - it looks to be the Spartan character from Halo Wars. (You can see the images on One2One's own site, if you'd rather have them without the Toy Legion watermark.) Like the last bust from One2One, this one will have a production run of 650 units, and a price of $225.

A Discourse on Sexism and Tolerance
Lesbian Gamers are pretty unhappy with the character of Veronica Dare - and with Bungie's portrayal of women in the military. (Well... at least THIS woman.) To be fair, I haven't run across many people - gay or straight, male or female - who like Dare's character... so maybe LG is mad at the right thing for the wrong reasons. (And quite a number of their complaints would either continue to be true if Dare's character had been male, or simply ignore equal treatment of male characters in the game.) Greg Bear pretty excited about his Halo books
CaptainTony ran across a bunch of cool stuff on Greg Bear's website - Greg had gone to the Halo 3: ODST Launch Party in Seattle, and came home with a pretty cool postcard... and some information about the trilogy of books he's going to be writing in the Halo universe next year. There's even some teaser info about future projects... give it a read!
