Halo 3 is a Girl's Best Friend
According to ELSPA (the Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association in Great Britain), Halo 3 becomes the second Xbox360 Diamond Sales Award winner in March, selling 1 million copies in the UK. Not bad! (Louis Wu 23:00:52 UTC) (permalink)
Play Games, Feel Bad
Gamer Limit is looking at the environmental sustainability of the gaming industry. Did you know that on its first day of sales, Halo 3 was responsible for 25 million kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions? Yeah, me either. I figure, I got my copy, I'm certainly producing less CO2 by sitting home and playing it than I would by driving around town all night looking for bars. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. - TTL Demag0gue is still on break - but guest artists continue to stand in for him. Yesterday, he mentioned that Adam Susskind created Reclaimer Guest Strip 3, and today The Catfish has whipped up Guest Strip 4. Oh, the humiliations that poor Reclaimer is forced to endure!
