OGRE1 Scopes Out Chi-Town Competition Over at Team3D.net, there's an interview with OGRE1 about the upcoming MLG Chicago tourney - go read! Thanks, F13ND. (Louis Wu 23:32:58 UTC) (permalink)
Dark Horse did Oni, right? Heh. Every time I front-page a forum post of mine, I get some flak from regulars about post-h00ring... but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do. It's a quiet day, and I'm hoping to get more people to weigh in on this subject... how cool would it be if someone were to create a Halo-based comic book... and what stories would get told? There are TONS of hardcore comic fans out there who play Halo - let us know your thoughts! (Louis Wu 18:13:06 UTC) (permalink)
Dumb animals in a can of whoopass Geezer Gamers has profiled BTB, one of their oldest clans - good read! Thanks again, 3Suns. (Louis Wu 17:23:32 UTC) (permalink)
PMS Pro Interviewed Clan PMS, one of the larger (maybe the largest?) all-girl gaming clan, has been interviewed over at MLGPro.com. (Well, not the WHOLE clan - just four of them that showed up at MLG Atlanta recently to play as Team PMS Pro.) They talk about how hard it's been to get respect, how the whole sponsor thing works for women, how guys feel when they get beat. A good read - it should be mandatory for anyone who automatically starts talking smack on XBL when they find out they're playing with a woman. Thanks, 3Suns. (Louis Wu 17:18:31 UTC) (permalink)
Getting you through The Sacramento Bee has an article about Prima Games, the publishing house that creates many of the gaming guides you can buy in the US. Halo 2 figures prominently in the story. (Louis Wu 16:46:19 UTC) (permalink)
Someone didn't take their meds... There's a rather bizarre take on the Halo universe over at Newgrounds - a Flash movie called 'Halo 3 2: Halo 4 The Movie'. Interesting artwork - really, really strange story. Thanks, Xmoose. (Louis Wu 16:43:44 UTC) (permalink)
