Halo gets mention in Baltimore Sun eric points out that there's a Halo mention (including a small picture) in today's Baltimore Sun: "Halo," by Microsoft. Soldiers and civilians at a colony of humans on another planet battle space aliens in what is expected to be one the Xbox's premiere games this fall.
This article doesn't seem to be online yet, but it's nice to hear about mainstream press coverage. Update: Sapwood, of Blam Gaming, writes to say that this article IS online - it can be found here. (The Sun's search function could use a little work, that's for sure.) (Louis Wu 16:49:22 UTC) (permalink)
No SETI stats this week... sorry No SETI Update today, folks - the SETI servers had some problems last week that haven't been resolved yet. There are no real-time team stats available. We'll do a two-week update next week. (Louis Wu 13:52:08 UTC) (permalink)
283 separate items of update goodness Last Friday's Halo Update has been added to the Halo Update Database - now you can see how long it takes for the skull to go from 'mostly done' to 'done but not properly textured yet'. (Note to Bungie: 2 weeks is too long.) (Louis Wu 01:13:58 UTC) (permalink)
