Interesting. Last week's poll at the Core is over, and the word is firm: 53% of 200 voters chose Seropia as the favorite name for the moon in the Halo's system, compared to 31% for Zartmoon. Interestingly, the two names were proposed on the respective forums of the Core and halo.bungie.org; "Zartmoon" came from Phayd and Butcher, while "Seropia" came from Loren Petrich.
