Halo 4 Overload
There is seriously too much to process all at once right now. Just returned from the Halo 4 VIP Reception where Domino Theory, mastrbiggy and I got to mingle with other fans (from all over the webs), 343 Industry members, Roosterteeth, and the quickly rising stars of FUD, including the man behind the helmet: Daniel Cudmore (who is hella tall).
There was also a massive amount of Halo4 Gameplay going on. Most stations were featuring some variety of SPARTAN Ops or multiplayer, specific to certain maps. There was also an impromptu Humpday Challenge! There were tons of cameras running around when that happened and my hands were busy (those triggers aren't going to pull themselves you know!), so once some friends upload their pictures (or maybe Waypoint will beat them too it) I'll upload more/better photos.
At the end of the evening, everyone left with a swag bag which varied in content. Shirts, books, stickers, all kinds of merch, really.
This was my first time attending one of these shindigs and I really hope it isn't my last. A big thanks to Frankie, bsangel, Allison and everyone else at 343 who helped put up this amazing show. I had such a great time and can't wait to do it all again!
