New Master Chief Sculpt from Jason Evans

Buy a Spartan Sculpt for Christmas
We've mentioned Jason Evans a number of times - he does some beautiful Spartan sculpts that you can actually buy from him. Buy a Master Chief Sculpt for Christmas
Jason Evans has been casting sculpts of Master Chief for a few years now - I bought a couple from his 2011 series. This summer, he posted pics of a Halo 4 version - and he's back, with a Facebook page that you can use to buy a new version that will be shipping in time for Christmas. It's available in cold-cast nickel, cold-cast bronze, or white epoxy - you choose! Pretty awesome. (I still plan to give away at least one of the older ones.) (Louis Wu 20:18:30 UTC)

A Spartan Sculpt - you can have one too
Last month, I mentioned that Jason Evans had completed some Master Chief sculpts in cold-cast bronze, and sometime earlier, I mentioned that he was interested in selling them to help him pay for the mold. They really seemed pretty cool to me - so I bought a pair. One is for me - it goes on one of my Halo shelves. The other will be given away in an upcoming HBO contest/giveaway. (I have no idea when; I'd first have to come up with a plan for the contest itself.) I took a few shots of this bad boy out in front of our newly-sprouted flowers - because what's more warriorlike than a flowered background? If you can't wait until we actually give the second one away, swing by Jason's gallery here at HBO - there's an email link that will let you get ahold of him directly, and you can buy one right now.

Bronze Master Chief. Beautiful.
Wow. You might remember some Master Chief sculpt images we posted a few months ago - Jason Evans had said he was going to cast this in bronze. Well... he did. That looks SPECTACULAR! Check it out. (Louis Wu 16:50:02 UTC)

Master Chief Sculpt
So a couple of years ago, we posted a note about Jason Evans, and his Master Chief sculpture - the gallery in that link is (unfortunately) offline now, but we've got copies of the pics. And last week, we heard from him again - he's got a new sculpt, one that's quite a bit better, overall, and he wants to cast it in Bronze, or maybe white epoxy.
