ForgeHub Walks Through the Recent Changes to Halo 5's Infection Playlist
The ForgeHub crew did a pretty excellent video recapping the changes to the Infection playlist in Halo 5. Halo Community Update - 10/28/16 'Halo-ween Handoff' and Canon Fodder #92
Last week's Community Update gave us the spooktacular return of longtime Halo community manager, Ske7ch! Don't worry about Bravo though, he's been promoted to 'Senior Producer' and will still be around. In addition to that news, you get a show and telling of the stories in 'Halo: Tales from Slipspace', an explanation of the new card system in the Halo Wars 2 gamemode 'Blitz' and a fare thee well from Bravo to his update readers. From Humble Beginnings, Halo 5 Has Grown Alot In Its First Year
Josh Holmes, Studio Head for 343 Industries, penned a piece at HaloWaypoint today thanking the players of Halo 5 for a great first year of existence! It's a great reminder of Halo 5's 'humble' beginnings and how far the game has come in that time. Ultra-Rare Wireless Duke Controller Signed by Bungie/343/RoosterTeeth Folks on eBay
Back at PAX 2011, there were 8 'old school Duke' controllers made available for the first and only time wirelessly! Those were won by a few and lucky people, but now is your chance to pick one up. Devin Olsen let us know he needs to part with his Duke unfortunately, but if you want an ultra-rare piece of gaming history (signed by many Bungie/343/RoosterTeeth folks!) you might want to check his Ebay listing out! DrBizz Launches to the High Charity Tower on The Level Gravemind, His Furthest Launch!
DrBizz is back and continuing to find new ways through the use of the MCC to reach and see cool things in Halo 2! This time, he launches to the High Charity tower during the level Gravemind. Here's what he had to say about it:
"This video is launching from one of the most famous cutscene locations. During the first area of Gravemind, the High Charity tower is loaded very far away and many spots are reachable by launching there. The new graphics in MCC reveal that alot of graphics are preloaded, even ones you don't see until you start High Charity. I land on the HC tower in many different spots and these launches took countless hours and hundreds of attempts to get there. The grenade pile was made by beating down enemies with the "Pinata" skull to get grenades then shooting them into a pile with unlimited ammo with "Bandana" and the Carbine."
