I'm impressed Nike. Your predictions for what could come are very good.
To answer the question about the window. It isn't really a physical window, it is magic or some kind of technology. The group moved around in the city, but they were never really there physically. It's just a furturistic form of a modern day camera system or virtual reality. Call it clairvoyance if you like.

Yes, because the Flood can not be trusted. When you mentioned the part about alien culture and younger kids wouldn't understand, I mean what I say. People are like--what?--17 or older. Great, nevertheless. Hey, S415, I didn't find this part confusing. But it was strange that when John looked out the window, he was immedialty in a city. Also, was the Flood group with them.

Hmmm...the title for the next chapter is too confusing for me to predict. So the portal takes them to the unknown. I'm thinking they land on Mira...but that would shorten the story. They could land on Earth and John would need to use stealth. I think in part 1 of Archon II, I think you said that if John goes to Earth, the Archonian experiment would be comprised. And Imperius is dead right?
