err... kinghtmare(mm, sorry that you and Knightmare(MM don't seem to get along. Problem with the internet/comments/messenger, etc. is that sometimes you can really get angry at what others say, but you know, it is really hard to judge a person from a few words when you don't really know the person.

Leaving comments that really have no value to readers or the author of a fan fiction here on this web site really doesn't give us a good opinion of you. But if you really did care what we think, you probably would have stopped already. Just keep the comments appropriate for the younger viewers, so far I think you have done that. That's the end of my lecture. ;)

A while back the Master Chief was killed by a Forerunner assassin, yes that's right he was dead. To bring him back, the rest of the heroes had to do some strange dealing, one thing was that the Archonian sleeper in the Master Chief had to be put back to sleep (err... do I really have to explain this? It's all part of the Archonian Great Experiment.). The end effect was that the Master Chief lost 4 years of memories (those times he was partially awake -- everything that happened during ROTA and SOA1). Anyway, with the sleeper back asleep, they had to do something with Cortana so the Cortana that is with the Master Chief is not the original Cortana, it is a copy with memories only up to 4 years ago. Noc Covenstein created the copy Cortana, that is why he is this Cortana's daddy.

The original Cortana is "Cort" and is now traveling with Valerie Sinclair (a.k.a. Knight Shade).
