You guys are right and I didn't make it clear in the story. My point to get across from that was that the city of Dracon was in so much termoil that there was really no significant order. Troops on both sides were lost from their squads and it was more of an every man for himself enviroment. But I will say, "Nice call." I should have made that a point.

Scribe really cool story but scope is right Hunters travel in pairs but you said that the Hunter was angered by the encounter with the humans or something so maybe his bond brother died. 9/10
