I've got to tell you, companies have several squads in them. Like.. two platoons, which have about three to four squads, I think.
Squads in turn have two or three fireteams, each fireteam composed of four to five members.
In addition to the fireteams you've also got battleteams, which is essentially a pair, one man best complementing the other.
