More wonderful stories from you. And the best part, the series is long. :)

Ummmm....... Ya, good work on this one. But, I thought this one wasnt as good as the other ones. Seems like you rushed it. All the sentences seem similar. Oh well. Still good. Continue the series, dont kill me with the suspense.

This series is really long, and it's good, too. It's like a TV show with different episodes.

Sorry, I don't agree that the series should be ended. It's starting to get really interesting.
On the equipment...how many times during the game have I cursed (and died) because that damned plasma rifle overheated when I needed it the most (on Legendary of course). A gazillion times... Why would the UNSC necessarily have perfect weaponry? Everything malfunctions at some point. Go ask NASA about that one...

To Paranoid_Sniper: It is not unreasonable that in the heat of battle that equipment fails, either as a result of the manufacturing process, defective/uncertified materials used, or a part being specified that is unsuitable for the environment in which the end product is used.
Of course there is also misuse/negligence on the part of the user that also is a factor.
