iI don't mind it when people don't use the code, well, I mean, it gets kinda annoying after a little while. A bunch of other people hate it when you don't use the code.

Everyone will probably gaet angry for not using the code in my next pieces of fan fic but your advice came too late. Keep that in mind!

Yes, indent. Also, there was a few grammer problems here and there, and you spelt a couple of things wrong. You also need to add more detail to help the story flow easier. It wasn't good, but it wasn't bad. You have a good idea, it's just those problems above. Keep going, and keep trying.

I am a first time writer too (see Prospect Hill). I must say this was cheesy. If your going to use profanity spell it right. And Grunts arent that smart or strong.

Oh, man... So you shouldn't write it out on the submission form? Damn it, that's what I do. I can't access my MicrosoftWord -OR- Wordpad. Just the lousy, shitty notepad, and I just write my stuff out from start to finish on the submission form.

Should I even read this one? Oh, there isn't really any excuse for not using the code. It is right there for you to read BEFORE YOU POST. Clear as day, but some people are just lazy. I, for one, am not excluded.

I thought it was funny. Not one of the best stories I've read, but it is entertaining. And with that being said, good job for your first time. Cant wait for part 2.

Well, in my opinion (listen to it or not), you don't have to make up some new name for the Covenant. Remember, that we are writing in English, and even though it is from the perspective of the enemy, we don't know what they call each other in their languages. So, think of Covie stories as translated, where in fact, names like Elites, Grunts, Jackals, Hunters, etc are the only practical name to use. I wouldn't make up a new name, though that's really up to each author.

I think it's easier to give them their Human-given names, although in a story I'm writing, they all have their natural names.

It was alright, but Kang is right. The Code, The Code, you must use the Code. I didn't on my first one, but I'm using it now. Don't worry, it's easy. Also, Grunt, Elite, Jackel, and Hunter are all human given names. Grunts don't call themselves Grunts. Just make up a cool name for them or something.

Well...I think this is your first story, so I'm gonna go easy on you. You need to make use of the code, which is under the button above the fan fiction submission form. (Not the yellow box.) But don't worry, barely anyone uses the code on their first stories. The story also lacked detail, but I have seen worse. Much, much worse. It was a little choppy at the beginning, but if you rewrite and spend...I don't know, a few weeks on it, it will be a lot better. And if you wrote it on the fan fiction submission form, don't. Write it out in Microsoft Word first, and then copy and paste it the submission form. You better get prepared, cause some other people on this site might yell at you for not using the code.
