My dear brother Hatred, since it has come to light that our predecessors Truth, Mercy, and Regret have all been killed, it is now up to us to maintain the balance of the Covenant. We are the highest Prophets including Brother Death. Death is young and virtuous, such as was brother Regret. Death, however, does not act as rashly as the late Regret, although his strength lies with his beliefs, he is a strong ally, and one not to be trusted at that. He also has many resources valuable to the Covenant. He is one of the only Prophets with the power of foresight, a gift not common among the ranks of the Covenant. With this we could come to know our enemies better, and bring down the ultimate fall of the human race. Our Covenant has been broken once, and the punishment for that is Death. The Sanghieli have proven themselves unworthy of the task of maintaining the sacred bond that has been the backbone of the Covenant for so many years, we must turn to the Jiralhanae to protect us and the sacred rings of Halo.
With three races gone from the Covenant, and aiding the primitive Humans, we must act quickly to preserve the sacred bond of the Covenant, and not let the vile Human/Alien alliance stop us. With the Sanghieli and Lekgolo gone, we have no means of shock troops or leaders. The Jiralhanae have excellent leadership abilities, yet they lack the sense of loyalty that the Sanghieli have had. The Unggoy gone makes no difference to me, although they were ideal troops for cannon fodder, their cowardice makes no impact on the Covenant of today. We have several hundred of pairs of Lekgolo left, which will make it easier for us to clone them and make more, while the Jiralhanae will help us regain the ground we have lost during the conflict on Delta Halo.
Another dangerous factor is the Flood itself, if gone uncontrolled; this parasite could spread through the galaxy and cause destruction on a galactic scale. We should concentrate our efforts on not letting the Flood escape into larger parts of the Universe, where they could easily infect any species that we have not conquered, and assault and ultimately end life. If not contained, our worst fears will be realized. There is little hope of the Forerunners returning to aid us, although I have received a transcript that has key information on the future of the Covenant. Since you know not of this mural I have found, I believe it to be one of utmost importance. After studying it for a while, I have come to the conclusion that it has something to do with Halo and the Forerunners. I believe that you will enjoy it, and since the destruction of installation 04, we have had little time to analyze the vast knowledge that Halo offers us. The late High Prophet Truth was blind in his opinion of what Halo can do, and what it offers us. There is also the question of the Gravemind, what is it, and why has it helped the Arbiter complete various tasks?
My sources tell me that it is the leader of the Flood, although there is no verifiable evidence leading to that. Since the Arbiters kind has left us I suggest once again finding another species to take their place. Know that once the Humans allay the Sanghieli, we will have no chance of overtaking them. Me must stay vigilant, and hope that the Humans will not ally the Sanghieli readily, if they have not already done so. The threat of an Alien/Human alliance is no meager threat, and should be dealt with readily. You know the key to defeating the Humans. I pray that you will make the right decision.

Well Brother Humility, you make a valid point, although several of your thoughts are misplaced. Brother Truth was Not blind as you say, and Regret was indeed rash, but these facts bring about no need for retribution. If the Sanghieli help the Humans it will only be a matter of time before the Covenant overwhelm them as well. I have faith that you believe that the Humans are not a large threat anymore since we know the location of Earth. If they did mount a major offensive, which they will not since most of their resources were destroyed with Reach, then we will crush them at their own game. I hope that you will see my point in these words,
