We have made several advancements into the spartan-III project although the moral on the base is lower then zero.Due to the cole-protocol all bases and ships cannot get any transportation back to earth.Our research staff is completely exhausted and they want to get back yo earth.Today i walked on a guy who has been on this base for more then 1 year this is ridiculus!Jeptune is very close to earth and there hasn't been any covenant ships reported since september last year!With all do respect sir,the amounts of suicide on the base has been doubled since last year and the psyciatrist has more then his hands full!Therefore i ask to disband the cole-protocol for two days,that should be enough to evacuate the base and get a new staff down here.

We just had a major setback in the program...we thought that the Spartan DNA was finnished and so we started the Autom Injection Program with a volunteer.It was a marine from the delta team called Duncan Stemmmons.The poor guy went in the machine and....he changed,in the beginning of the process evrything went ok but then the vital systems of the marine fell out.I am never going to forget that scream he made when it all went wrong.I am going to work on that dna again but like i told it is not easy working with a tired team.

One week after the spartan DNA incident we're getting some strange reports from civilian and marine teams in the underground of the Echo division of the base.The complaints variate from sounds they here to weird things they see in the hallways.First i thought they where just tired but now...an elevator shaft that was after the normal check up decleared as 100% safe colappsed.10 civillian units died not to mension that a part of the underground is completely out of reach and there are still 15 people down there.This really disturbes me.Now the people in our base are spooked by this incident,the doctor's are getting overworked because of the huge ask for medecines.Im not even sure if the psyciatrises are still normal of mind.
As i have asked in previous letters,WE NEED EXTRACTION TO EARTH.I don't know how long we can hold this in the right direction.

After a series of tests we are almost ready with the spartan-III project!We have now a crew of 15 Spartan-III soldiers.They already received there armor and weaponry,now we are working on there biological weapons.Tomorrow we start with the RELIC-45.That is a new handrifle but it fires a small beam of the extremely dangerus spreading
UAC-579 virus.Because of the high rate of infection we are doing this in a quarantined area,but i have a question the UAC-579 virus has taken a weird mutation on jupiter it is instaid of a red colour a green colour.Please give me info back on this one.

The virus is released!We had no control of it and it took out a half of our base.The people who are infected where feeling not normal first and then they began shooting all over the place.We sealed of the most critical part of the infected area but the status is still critical!Even worse 11 spartans became infected they are wrecking the whole base.There are gunfights all over the base and systems are going wacko!The marines that are left are terrified and the energy generator is going critical in 45 minutes.We need reinforcements fast.We have several energy failures and the base is only working for 20%.If no reinforcements come within the 24 hours I fear for our life.
