grunt story chapter one

: Gubul
Gubul (male grunt) and his friends' Zepa (female grunt) and Nibble (male grunt) were walking towards the big purple cruiser.
They were going out to war for the first time just like the other recruits that were walking towards the ship.
Gubul wore orange armor with a bent methane tank, Nibble wore the same orange armor as Gubul but got a straight methane tank, and Zepa got red armor because she paid attention in covenant training, she had a bent methane tank but she still thinks she is better than Gubul and Nibble.
"Well at least they painted it a decent color," Zepa said looking at the big purple ship.
"I think it needs to be red" both Gubul and Nibble shouted out.
"Purple is better than any old red," Zepa replied
"Is not" yelled Nibble.
"Is too"
"Is not"
The two continued to argue about it the whole walk. When they reached the landing pad the two continued to argue. The gold elite commander stood at the base of a metal plate attached to the ground.
The gold elite yelled "New recruits this is the gravi..."
"Red's the best" Nibble interrupted.
"No, purple is!!" Zepa yelled.
"Guys shut-up" Gubul whispered, but it was too late. The commander was looking right at them
"Grunts do you have something to share!!" the commander yelled.
The three grunts shook their heads
"No!" Gubul and Nibble said.
"Yes" Zepa blurted out. "Purple is way better than any old red.
The commander was furious.
"Well then why don't you three go up to the purple ship first!" the commander yelled.
Three elites standing next to him snickered.
"Fine, we will" Zepa announced.
Zepa half pulled, half dragged Gubul and Nibble to the metal plate. Then a purple beam of energy shot down and hit where they were standing.
They were lifted up into the sky flying up to the ship.
Gubul felt like throwing up and he could see the others did to.
Then with a flash of purple they were in the ship and the three laid down and barfed.
: Saca 'Mazamee
Saca (male elite) wore blue armor and he'd been in the covenant for more than three months now. He was a chosen to welcome the recruits to "their worst nightmare" with the commander and two other elites, a red armor and a light blue armor.
Saca continued laughing as the three grunts went up the gravity lift for the first time. He knew it caused stomach sickness and when the grunt volunteered to go up first, he new that she regretted it.
"Should I send a jackle over to clean up the mess they made sir?" Saca said.
"Sure, ill get the others some medicine so we don't have more of a mess."
"I need a jackle cleanup over at the gravity lift there are three grunts that made a mess." Saca said through his radio.
"Yes sir sending one over immediately," Said the voice on the radio.
Saca looked out across the crowds of recruits. They were whimpering, hiding, and saying things like "I just wet myself"
"Damn recruits" he said
The three elites chuckled among themselves.
: Farro
Farro (male jackle) is a black skinned jackle and had a helmet that covered his whole head and had a blue energy shield. He had been in the covenant for only one month and got in trouble a lot.
Farro was on his way to the gravity lift to clean up after three new recruits. When he got there he found them immediately. He cleaned up whatever the three had for breakfast this morning. Then he bent down to pick up one of the grunts and the grunt looked up at him then passed out again.
"Dumb recruits" Farro muttered, and picked up the grunts and put them on his utility cart. On his way to the grunts dormitory he met up with Faraa his sister
"Recruits?" Faraa asked
"Yep, they made a mess all over the floor." Farro replied.
"Gross."
"Yeah, really"
Then Farro walked off to the jackles' dorm. On the way he bumped into something blue and cold.
"Move it fatty" Farro growled. When he looked up he saw it was a hunter. The hunter growled at him and tried to hit him. But he was too quick and he was already off to the dorms.
When he got there the elite named Saca was there with four new jackles.
"These will be your new dorm mates Farro," Saca said "you better be a good influence on them."
"Yes 'Mazamee."
When he got to the food nipple later on he saw the same grunts that he picked up. They were arguing about something and didn't look where they were going. And they bumped into the same hunter he bumped into.
: Kega
Kega (female hunter) wore heavy blue armor and has been in the covenant for five months now.
She was walking along when a small new recruit grunt bumped into her.
"s-so-sorry s-sir" one of them said.
"I'm not a sir" Kega replied
"There are female hunters!?!" one yelled loud enough for the whole room to hear. This made her mad and she reached down to pick up the grunts but the grunts dodged her and made a run for the door.
"Feet don't fail me now!!!" one yelled.
They went out the door and through the halls and Kega stopped and decided they weren't worth it. Then another hunter who had been watching went running down the hall after them.
"Ill get 'em for ya Kega" he yelled.
"oh nooo" Kega groaned those grunts are dead meat I better go help em.
: Gubul
"I think we lost her" Zepa sighed
"Yeah why did you have to ask if there were female hunters Nibble?"
"I don..." Nibble started, when a different hunter came running towards the three of them.
"Runnn!!" Zepa yelled
And they ran towards the elevator. Gubul press a holographic elevator button and it opened. They ran in and hid in the corner.
"Did we loose it" Nibble panted.
Then the door began opening, the hunter was prying it open. He walked inside and towards the grunts, and the second one followed.
"Oh no we're dead" Gubul yelled.
Then the female hunter punched the second one.
"Hey, what are you blind" hunter two yelled.
"Leave em alone they didn't do... much" the female one said.
And she knocked the male hunter out.
"m-me your friend?" Nibble asked
Then the elevator door opened and another hunter walked in.
"What happened here" hunter three said looking at the male hunter. "Kega what did you do"
"None of your business, get the *rarrrrrr* out of here
What could of the hunter said that didn't translate Gubul wondered?
Then the two hunters broke out in another fight. This time "Kega" shoved the hunter into the holopanel and the door began to shut and the two hunter shoved each other out the door before it shut.
"That was even closer than before" Zepa panted. Then the door opened .
"I don't think we're in the food nipple anymore" Nibble muttered.
