The Recall

The story i was to ashamed of to post, but now, only to see how bad you can burn it, trust me, this was a long time ago.(it was a dream)
"John, John!" Dr. Halsey wispered. John woke with a start, "augh!" he yelled, then he lowered his voice and said, "what?"
"were recalling the spartans." she replied.
"permission to go retreive two of them?"
"permission granted, wich ones?"
"Kelly and Sam."
"okay, here you go, the teleporters to their rooms, and a teleporter to the feild where i will meet you with the rest of your team." She replied. And in the blink of an eye, she was gone.
John got up and got dressed in his black outfit he used for training.
The spartans had technically been put in 'storage'. most of them had forgotten their fighting skills. They had not yet gone through their augmentation, when they were sent to separate isolated areas and now were being called back to finish their training!
John had finished getting dressed and grabbed his t.v. (By the time they got to the feild, it would be morning so the news of the recall might be on.) He stood in the middle of the room and pressed for kelly,and as soon as he did, he was their! Kelly lay on here back rigid as if at attention, it looked like she was staring at the ceiling.
"Kelly." He wispered. "I'm awake." She replied. " what are you doing here john?"
We're being recalled. I'm here to get you and sam." He replied. "really?!? I can't beleive it!" she said, sitting up quikly. "well its true, now get dressed and get ready to pick up sam with me." he said back. "sir yes sir!" she replied happily,and quikly got dressed in the same black outfit. "lets go!"
"alright, Sam, here we come." and he pressed the button. "sam." John wispered, "mmm."Sam said in his sleep.
"Sam!" John said louder, shaking him awake."What is it," Sam mumbled,But then recognizing his team leader, sounded more awake,"Sir... what are you doing here?"
"we're being recalled, Kelly is here to, now get dressed, we're leaving soon."Sam got up, and dressed in the same black outfit, and stepped up next to kelly. John pressed the button, and they were in a feild. "Where are we?" Kelly asked. "I'm not sure, but Dr. Halsey said this is where we will meet the rest of the team. So lets set up the t.v. and see if the recall is on the news." John said. So they set the t.v. up in the shade of a tree and sat, blending with the shadows. Turning the t.v. on, it said:
"todays story is very unusual, it seems the Spartan 11 project is getting back on track, our sources say that last night at anunknown location,all the spartans were
called back. we'll hear about further developments..."
at that time, Dr. Halsey appeared with the rest of the Spartans across the feild. Walking through the feild, she spotted the t.v. and moved towards it. " Oh, great, they found out about the recall. she mumbled, "say, how did this get here?"
"we brought it mam." John replied, stepping out of the shadow with Sam and Kelly. "Oh, I did'nt think you were here yet, very good choice of clothing." Dr. Halsey said.
"We've been here a while mam." John replied. "Geuss we better get started then," She said and wlked to the end of the feild where a small building lay. Just as a loud speaker boomed. "allright trainees,this si Mendez speaking,
sorry for the short notice, but I'm sure you're all ready to start training again. so right now, I want you all to wake up a bit, so do whatever you want for the next half hour. Mendez, out."
In a flurry of motion the spartans did, just that. Some raced, some sat down and talked, some played tag, and some just sat and watched, only one group of three sparred.John kept score as Kelly ans Sam fought, kicking, and dodging each others blows. When the fight was over, John fought the winner, by the time the half hour was over, it was Kelly 1st. John 2nd. and Sam 3rd.
"Now that your time is up, you will be teleported to a different location. feel free to do the same there." the intercom said, suddenly, they were at a pool with swim suits. they all jumped in the water, but not before John climbed on a box. " Spartans!" he yelled. "Do you not see what is happening? This is one of mendez's tests, He wants to see how much we remember, and how much we adapt to our environment! we need to show him that we have not turned into little kids that play with dolls, and have fun. we need to show him that we still know how to fight, still hack computers, still know how to use an assault rifle, and still know if an admiral is higher in rank than a captain!" John shouted.
By then all the Spartans were listening intently. And Kelly and Sam were beaming at him, proud of their leaders understanding of what the cheif was doing while they did'nt think even a little about it. " so lets show the cheif how to be dissapointed, and not fail this mission!" John had barely finished when they all started cheering. They then buckled down and got to work. He climbed off the box and walked over to Kelly and Sam. "Nice speech," Sam said, as the ygot in the water. Kelly to some of the lights, ripped them out, found the main electrical cable and cut it. All the lights went out. The spartans found their clothes and put them on. (thankfully everyone wore black.) They found the tape recorders and smashed them. at that point, Mendez decided to end the half hour.
