July 17, 2552
"I wonder when he's going to get here," the Prophet of Truth wondered. He sat in his chair anticipating the arrival of his kidnap squad. He paced himself back and forth in the chair until he got the news.
"Sir they have arrived back from Reach," a grunt said as he entered the room.
The Prophet exited his room and went to the docking bay. The squad he had sent out just landed. Three elites and four grunts exited the ship, and under the arms of each of the elites hung three separate Spartans.
"The battle was fierce in the Sigma Octanus Star System, we couldn't hold them off," the elite said.
"Yes sir, we were the few ones who escaped from the nuke attack," one of the grunts said.
"Very well," the Prophet of Truth said. "You have still completed the main objective of capturing those human warriors. Take them to holding immediately."
The elites carried the limp humans down a deep hallway until they reached the holding area.
"They aren't dead are they?," the Prophet of Truth asked.
"No holy prophet, we simply just knocked them out as we were told," a grunt said. "Why do you ask holy prophet?"
"You'll find out in due time," the Prophet of Truth said. "I must go oversee these demons until they wake up.
The Prophet of Truth left the docking bay and went to the holding area to go take a look at these demons.

July 19, 2552
Spartan 62 Nicholas lay propped up against a wall somewhere unbeknownst to him. He opened his eyes and saw a plasma like wall. Suddenly he panicked and jumped right up from his slouching position. His first instinct told him to look around the area to see if there was anything useful to get him free from this prison. He could find nothing. All Nicholas could remember was the battle in the Sigma Octanus Star System, and an alien gun swinging right at his head.
"Nick!" a voice yelled. It was Spartan 75, Brittany. Nicholas looked around and could only hear Brittany scream his name.
"Brittany!" Nicholas said. "Is that you?"
"Were the hell are we Nick?"
"I think we're in a Covenant ship but I think they captured us in the middle of the battle."
Suddenly the Prophet of Truth entered the room. He approached the cages that held the desperate humans and looked at them in awe. He was so fascinated by these creatures he had only just discovered the insides of just a few hours ago.
"Who the hell are you!" Nick asked in anger.
"Don't worry demon, we'll make much use for you and your friend there," the Prophet said. Two elites entered the room and approached Nick's cell. Nick backed into the far end of his cell and patted his waist.
"Damn," he thought. They took his combat knife, so he changed too his close combat fighting stance, ready to take on these aliens. The elites came at him ready to grab, but he blocked their arms and made a strong but short attempt to fight back. One of the elites jabbed him in the stomach where his MJONIR armor had been damaged in his most recent battle. The jab wasn't absorbed by the armor and broke several ribs. Nick was brought to his knees. Nick couldn't make another attempt to fight back, he was being dragged away to unknown room.

20 minutes later…

"We have him hooked up sir," an elite said.
"Good, go through the same procedure as last time, but I want a few more changes than last time," the Prophet of Truth said."
"First sir I have a question," the elite said.
       "What is it?
"Well I'd just like to know what we're doing with these demons."
"I predicted a demon fiercer than all the others. We need to make another one of him so we can kill him. However this one will be stronger and more powerful than he."
       "What is this demon?
"I only know him as The Demon."

*The Demon is, if nobody knows is what the Covenant call the Master Chief. Keep in mind they generalize humans as just demons, but The Demon is the Master Chief.
