Itwasluck's 6th Montage
Speaking of the pro Halo world, there's a new montage out from XiT WouNDz player Itwasluck, available over at Halo3Forum.com - I've said before that I'm getting burned out on montages, but when they're this well edited, and contain this level of gameplay... well, they're worth watching. ItWasLuck's Montage 5
MikeMan27 submitted to the MPRRS a new movie he'd edited - ItWasLuck's 5th montage. This film is up for grabs at Halo2Forums.com in WMP9 format, and weighs in at 100 mb (it's almost 9 minutes long), but since it passed the MPRRS (handily, I should add), we're making a QuickTime version available, as well, for those who need it. A lot of beautifully-strung-together kills, set nicely to music with some really big names in the sights. The biggest complaint from the MPRRS crew was that it was a bit long - but past that, this one ROCKS. Give it a look. (Louis Wu 03:32:49 UTC)

XiT vs Str8 - again
Last week, we pointed out a Team Slayer match, on video, at Halo2Forum.com; it was Xit WouNDz vs Str8 Rippin, on Midship, from the point of view of XiT xItwasluckx. There's another match between these two teams, this time filmed by | Killer N | - same map, KOTH game. Great to watch (and interesting to contrast the communication styles) - it's a HUGE download (190 mb), because it's a 17 minute match. If you've got a big pipe, swing by and grab this! ItWasLuck - montage
There's a pretty impressive montage over at Halo2Forum.com - ItWasLuck has released a bunch of full game vids (not montages, but start-to-finish games) with halo pros in them, now you can see some of the highlights of these and other matches. New vids at H2F
Z dropped us a note about a couple of vids to be had over at halo2forum.com; some great FFA gameplay filmed by ItWasLuck (quality is superb, and the gameplay is intense, especially as the game gets going), and a frenetic montage from HockyFreak22, with lots of sticks, snipes, and effects. Gameplay and Montage vids at H2F
Z, over at Halo2Forum.com, pointed out a pair of threads with a total of four downloads; the first thread contains two full games captured by ExiT WouNDz member Itwasluck - Game 1 is a CTF Midship game against a variety of players, game 2 is a KOTH Beaver Creek match against some top pro players. (ExiT WouNDz won the second game by a large margin - even though they were outkilled pretty thoroughly. They kept their focus on the game's goal, though - hill time - and they won because of it.) The second thread contains a pair of montage vids - both are short, I liked the first one better (though the music nearly gave me epileptic seizures). Everything is, of course, in WMP9 format.
