Movies, Movies, and More Movies (and a contest)
A million movies at Bungie.net (well, okay, not quite a million):
- Top 10 Halo 3 Airborne Kills: Episode 47 is the latest from Anoj. You know what to expect.
- Why is he singing? is a bizarre machinima - I'd have left this out if there weren't so many. I don't get teh funni.
- The Comeback is a montage from MeH Leier - lots of snipes.
- High Impact Halo has yet another new Halo CE-based Warthog vid - this one launches 2 hogs.

Movies for all
Wanna see a bunch of videos? Head on over to Bungie.net - their Comm Chatter is chock-full today.
- Bloogyo released Lawltage 5 - shenanigans abound.
- SilentShadow84 has reated 'The Coagulator' - a 9.5 minute machinima about a guy wearing some armor I'd LOVE to have.
- Camohhh released his first Halo 3 montage, with editing by DS Designs. Music worked really well.
- In 'Ghosts N Stuff', HolyJunkie combined ODST Firefight footage with techno for some Oonsk-flavored carnage. (No, Oonsk doesn't make an appearance - but I heard him chanted over and over while I watched...)

- Hawty McBloggy informed us of Chronicles of ODS Steve #55 ("The Oracle") - and you get an insight as to why Grunts are considered cannon fodder in the Covenant.
- TTL Demag0gue stopped in to announce Reclaimer 232 ("Gambit: Failed") - we meet an old friend... who might not have good news.

Moviemania at Bungie.net
urk's filling the airwaves with Halo-related videos:
- Blasting Off for Christmas is a 7-minute Rocket Race Double EXP Weekend Montage - kaboom.
- 360Cinema's Top 10 Halo 3 Kills shows off... well, the top 10 kills as picked by the crew of 360Cinema. Duh. (Quality could use work, but the kills are fun.)
- What's Going On? is a 30 second machinima with a surprise ending.
- WatchThis!Gaming has a 'Top 5 Halo 3 Plays, Episode 4' vid - some great clips.
- KillPie is back with Ice Cream Man, a two-minute Halo music video telling a funny story.

Dance Little Liar
Pierre Tartaix told us about a new machinima from TGO GMBH - Dance Little Liar tells a sad tale of cowardice and betrayal, but does so without any spoken dialogue. - Funny Halo 3 Fails and Laughs 9 shows off some... well, fails and laughs. (I'm not sure that all the 'fails' should really be looked at as 'fails' - many of them are 'wins' from the other side.)
- Ten FTW: Best Halo 3 Snipes has 10 snipes for you. Short and sweet.
- Hardass Space Adventures is a machinima ("In space, no one can hear your ringtone") - 500 years and they STILL can't get voicemail right.

Star Fell
FireDragon04 sent word that Star Fell (a Halo 3 Machinima/CGI hybrid film, mentioned more than once in our news) is now online. A synopsis:
"After a tragic event with the UNSC Star Fell fifty years ago, two Spartans are sent to a remote planet to find out what really happened there."

Last night, urk mentioned a short machinima miniseries (it's three parts, but once you've pulled the credits, the actual content is about 5 minutes total for the three segments) called 'Valor' - created by Kootra Productions, it tells a powerful story from the point of view of an ODST. - 'Just Drive' is a Goosetage from Olson Media - lots of splatter action
- 'Paramount' is a Halo 3 montage from Rezilient (editing by MM Mad Max MM) - lots of snipe action (and editing effects)
- 'The Real Spartans Episode 1 (Redux)' is machinima from Dragon Wolf Productions - lots of mysteries and shooting and stuff
- 'Top 10 Multi Kills Episode 1' is a new top 10 from SillyGoose - lots of kills

Inside Gaming Awards
Machinima.com is kicking off the 'Inside Gaming Awards' this year - to be held the day before Spike's Video Game Awards. Halo 3: ODST is up for an enormous list of awards: Game of the Year, Best Trailer, Best Narrative, Best Control, Best Original Score, and Best Weapon (for Silenced Pistol). Good luck! Thursday Afternoon at the Movies
Late start here... let's begin with the daily video offerings of Bungie's Comm Chatter:
- Kblocker and Outcold have a montage for you to watch - lots of sniping, not too heavy on the editing. Just under 5 minutes.
- Ten FTW modified Halo 3: ODST cutscenes by adding some bleeps and pixellation - changes the whole tone of these things! Obviously, don't watch these if you haven't played the campaign through.
- Chilled Chaos put together 'You Said What?! Episode 1', a Halo 3 machinima - think "Miss Lucy had a steamboat" updated for today.

Twisted and Deranged
Pierre Tartaix let us know that TGO GMBH has released a new machinima - it's called Twisted & Deranged, and you can find it on their site, on YouTube, or on Vimeo. They're French - but the dialogue is in English. (Well, sort of. It's in comic balloons, so you could say it's silent with English subtitles.) Red and Blue team duke it out... but the battle doesn't end as you'd expect.

Wednesday Afternoon at the Movies
Some new movies for you, courtesy of Bungie's Comm Chatter:
- 3-D Halo is a stereoscopic Halo machinima - doesn't really seem to have a plot, except to show you cool angles of Halo stuff flying at you and such. (Needs either 3-D glasses or the ability to unfocus your eyes.)
- Knights of the Goose is a Halo 3 montage mostly covering vehicles.
- Chronicles of Lyle Extra shows off montages from both Lyle and Kyle
