It might be time for cake.
Wow. Been a little while since I posted here (thanks, MacGyver10, for making that possible!), but a recent email from Stuntmutt, coupled with the 19th anniversary of this site, made for a pretty compelling siren call. Swing by the One One Se7en page for a new guest strip, and Stuntmutt's response. (We haven't accepted guest strips for that comic since 2004. We had to sweep a lot of dust out to even find the right buttons.) And to everyone still stopping by for a little bit of Halo news now and then, thanks for all the memories! (Louis Wu 17:32:20 UTC)

Halo's Arbiter Coming to Killer Instinct for Ssn 3 of The Fighting Game's DLC
With some pretty killer news last week, 343 Industries and Double Helix have teamed up to bring a favorite Halo Character into their fighting game. This isn't the first time a Halo character has been in a fighting game, but it is the first time an established character makes their debut! (Thanks GrimBrother One and Morhek!) Team Coco vs HBO (the TV channel, not the real one)
Conan O'Brien and the cast of the HBO show Silicon Valley squared off in some Halo 5: Guardians Arena multiplayer this week on the Clueless Gamer segment. I feel like watching Team Coco play would be like playing on a team with Wu and Stuntmutt. (MacGyver10 15:40:44 UTC)

We're humbled.
Occasionally, we get thank-you notes from fans - and we always appreciate them. Sometimes, though, the sentiments expressed and the timing of the arrival combine to make things special - and that happened today. A fan, choosing to be known as Jon, let us know why he was happy we were around. There are times, when life gets crazy, that it's easy to forget what kept us doing this for so long... and a note like this goes a long way to helping us remember. Check it out. The announcement of Halo 4 has brought Stuntmutt out of cryosleep, and One One Se7en has a new comic today. (The jokes aren't any better... but the subject material is a bit brainier.)
