Red Carpet Trailer?
I'm not sure I know what this means, but GameTrailers.com is asking you to enter your mobile number to be able to watch "the Red Carpet Trailer for Halo Reach" on September 10th, "exclusively on your mobile device." (I simply cannot imagine what trailer for Reach would benefit from being seen first on a tiny mobile screen, and I've never heard of a Red Carpet Trailer, and the small print says that you're signing up for a 'subscription' that will get you "~1 message/week"... but if this all sounds good to you, by all means, sign up.) Reach Game Audio Profile

Reunion
Red vs Blue Revelation Chapter 19 went live yesterday, even though a huge chunk of the staff spent the weekend at PAX - those guys are seriously devoted! If you were at PAX yourself, and saw the Rooster Teeth panel, you saw this episode and the next one, on a big screen - but if not, no worries, the season ends next Monday. This one (and the next) are chock-full of Monty Oum's amazing CG - fantastic battle sequences. Go watch!

What's Coming This Week
The Great Britain version of Xbox.com has posted a calendar for the coming week's launch festivities - Go read it for stuff to look forward to. Deliver Hope
Halo: Reach - Deliver Hope, the latest live-action trailer (following up 'Birth of a Spartan') is now live on both Halo Waypoint's website and YouTube (thanks, GrimBrother One). Reception on our forum seems to be mixed - but I have to say, I liked it, quite a lot. We don't know a lot about the timeframe of this piece - but I'd guess it's just a tiny bit before the game starts. Go make up your own mind! DEEP NNN brought us info of another piece of artwork from 2old2play's BATMANKM - Armor Lock never looked so tasty! And remember that gorgeous Engineer created by TDSpiral we mentioned yesterday? He's created a fantastic widescreen wallpaper for it it's huge (2048x1152), and comes in three variants, depending on where you want the actual Engineer. Glorious. Update: eep, almost missed one. DancingJesus pointed out two new vids that contain Reach info - Inside Gaming confirmed that you'll be able to rewind Campaign/Firefight saved films (the Reach section starts about 2:40 into their Day 3 Coverage of Gamescom), while GamerLive TV has a 7-minute interview with Brian Jarrard. Social Networking - for Spartans
IGN talked to Bungie's Chris Gossett about the new Bungie.net features we'll see rolled out for Reach. Some of this stuff appeared with the Reach Beta this spring - but there's plenty of new goodness (and refined stuff that works even better); it's a mouth-watering read. (Do you like Facebook-style image tags, telling you who's in a picture? Reach will do that for uploaded screens... automatically.) Go read it. Then check the calendar - only 24 more days! It's out there.
Just a warning - looks like Reach is out there in the wild. This time it seems we can't blame the French; apparently, a group of modders figured out how to fool Xbox.com into allowing a download of the copies put up for some press. (Ouch!) Videos and screenshots are already online, and it's likely that if you hang around on forums, you WILL see spoilers. (We'll do our best to keep them off the HBO forum, but we can't guarantee anything... and we certainly can't help with other places on the interwebs.) So if you're looking to play Reach unspoiled... now might be a good time to go dark. (Louis Wu 13:17:08 UTC)
