I'm lookin' forward to Wave 5!
Eep - almost forgot; earlier today, SketchFactor posted a note over on Bungie.net discussing Toy Fair 2004, the big annual toy convention; JoyRide Studios was there with some pretty cool stuff! Homefront gets new vehicles
The Homefront mod for Battleground 1942 updated its site recently - there are shots of their Achilles class battleship (quite similar to the Halcyon class that the PoA belongs to), as well as a new fast attack VTOL aircraft. Check 'em out! (Louis Wu 14:09:25 UTC)

Halo Babies - back online!
Halo Babies came back online yesterday, as scheduled. (I forgot to visit; went by this morning to see, and lo and behold, there they were.) There'll be a new comic online today, but right now, they've got last week's comic up, and some new fan art. Go check 'em out! The Realization of a Dream
Anyone who's spent any time on our forum knows the story of KORHAL, The Boy Who Cried Movie. Well, this weekend, he finally released some footage; there are four films, showing stuff like glitches, vehicle launches, and vehicle collections. They've been hosted by nukedude (vid one and vid two) c0ld vengeance (vids 3 and 4), and Break Point (all four vids). There's really nothing in them that hasn't been done before, and quality's a bit low (filmed off a webcam)... but for people who've been listening to KORHAL claim for a year and a half that he has filmz... it's closure. Writing for writing's sake
Finn, taking a break from the Halo Story page, has written up a couple of interesting rambles; there's his (slightly overdue, but still welcome) impressions of the 4-day bacchanal that was E3 2003 (complete with pictures), and an entertaining essay on Bungie and the Heroic Epic, an exposition on the depths of Bungie's storytelling... quite fitting for a Story page editor. Multi Player Zone is offering free bookable Halo servers; you need to register (free) to read that, or to visit the 'book a server' page, but if you've got a clan that needs a server to practice on, and you're broke... check 'em out.
