If you're in a vehicle and have been locked onto, yet avoided the rocket, it's a VERY good idea to vacate the vehicle. Rockets have a bad habit of coming back unless they hit something else. So it could be thirty seconds since your engagement, long gone in your mind, and you could be hit by a rocket from the past. Never spend prolonged amounts of time in a vehicle unless you know there is no threats of rockets.
