Use 2 of your relatively averagely skilled players to stand in the middle of either of the two ladders in the base, they are not vulnerable to sniper fire and can only be damaged lightly due to grenades (or rocket fire). Since they will not be moving whil e on the ladder, they will not show up on the radar and so the instant the flag is taken, the 2 on the ladder can drop down and mow down the flag carrier.
