The right weapons at the right time [keep weapons from disappearing]
Let's face it: the key to Halo is
having the right weapon at the right time. But those damn weapons just keep
disappearing behind you. Here's the trick: when you "finish" a room, before you
get the checkpoint, pick up and put down any weapon you think you might need
again. Whatever you've touched won't disappear. It only takes a minute, but
you'll be glad you did. Take my advice: I've gone solo through legendary maybe
30 times.
