On legendary (and many hours of practice), I now enjoy battling hunters.
I tend to now save ammo against them, because (with patience), if they are close
to you, they won't shoot off their cannon. Instead, they will rush & swipe, and
leave themselves exposed for a second after the charge.
Simply sidestep, turn, and rush (all at the same time), and you can get ONE
free shot at their back. With the AR, it took appx 8 - 10 melee hits to bring
down one.
With two, it becomes tricky, but usually you wait for the second one to
charge you. The second will usually bash into the first, sending the first
reeling. You then attack the second's back until he falls, then work on the
first. |
