Halo Community Update - 04/27/17 'Big Team Bonanza'
Sketch is back (we met our Grim quota here a long time ago!) finally and with a new community update. Looks like the new Halo Wars 2 leader, Colony, being out in the wild, and a refresh of new maps and gametypes in Big Team Battle are the big focus this week. There's the HCS update, 343 Team Spotlight, Community Spotlights, first image of the VERY cool new Halo Icons figure and more in there too! Check it out in this week's Halo Community Update! New Novel 'HALO: Envoy', Out Now Digitally and Physically
It's been a while, but you can now catch back up with Spartan Grey Team in the latest Halo novel! 'HALO: Envoy' by Tobias Buckell is out now both digitally and physically, and takes us to a planet on the edge of treatied Joint Occupation Zone inhabited by untrusting human colonists and their wary sangheili neighbors. 343 Industries Acknowledges Some of the Shortcomings of Halo 5's Campaign
There's a nice exceprt of an interview with Frankie and Kiki Wolfkill of 343 Industries on WCCFTech from this past week. The Vengeful 'Vadam Showcases Original, Community Singleplayer Levels for Halo CE

Reddit User Shares List of What Foremer Halo 2 Devs Are Doing Now in 2017
Ze Moose gave us the heads up that Forestl over at Reddit, put together a list of most of the people that worked on Halo 2, and what they're doing now. I loved seeing how many employees are still making great games, even if for many different companies, and also how many are over at Certain Affinity with Max Hoberman! Halo Community Update - 04/20/17 'Fog of War'
This week's Halo Community Update went live last night (Thanks for the heads up, munky-058!) on Waypoint. Grim reminds of Halo Wars: DE's standalong release, the next Reach-themed LootCrate, some new Halo 5 playlist changes, community spotlights and a great guide to Halo's novels and stories. There's also an update from Sketch announcing the delay of Halo Wars 2 DLC, 'Colony'. Seems a bug with the new Lekgelo bugs bugged them enough to ask for extra time to squash 'em. Rockslider Attempts to Get Through the AoTCR Entry Chamber Bottom Barrier

HBO Throwback Thursday - When We First Saw the Hunters, We Were Blinded By How 'Anime' They Looked Apparently
With all the recent excitement over the Lekgelo coming to Halo Wars 2 as a new leader, I ran across this old article on HBO of the initial sighting of a Hunter in Halo: Combat Evolved. It was first shown in a copy of Computer Games Magazine No#117 August 2000 (<--- Did you see the issue number? Was that coincidence???) and spotted by an HBOer named Davin! Halo Legendary Crate Will Definitely Continue After 6th Box and Start Series 2 of Halo Icons Figures
I think everyone kind of figured this would happen, but this is the first confirmation *I* have seen anywhere that the Halo Legendary Crate will continue after the 6th crate and the Halo Icons series figures wrap up!
